- Can you do rushed production speeds?

Absolutely. If you need your order faster or by a specific date please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Each item’s shipping and delivery information is detailed on its product page. 

US Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment with Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days of shipment with Expedited Shipping. 

International Orders delivery timeframes are estimated at checkout.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder or you still not be able to locate the email, please contact us. For insurance purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery, with no exceptions. 

- Is it true that your jewelry will never tarnish?

Our 14k Gold fine jewelry will not tarnish and will last a lifetime. For our semi-fine jewelry, our pieces will not tarnish easily if cared for properly. - How do I clean my jewelry?

- What is your jewelry made of?

We have fine jewelry, made of solid gold, typically 14k yellow gold. We also have semi-fine jewelry made of mostly 14k gold filled and a few pieces made of gold vermeil. Each product explains what it’s made of in its corresponding product details section. If you are confused don’t worry, we made an article to explain everything about the different types of gold jewelry which you can read here.

- How do I know what is the best size for me?

Another question we get asked a lot.  Please see our Size Guide which you can find here and located on all our product pages.  If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us, we love speaking to our customers.

- Do you do Custom designs?

Yes!  Please contact us, with all your Custom design queries, we love creating something extra special for you. Custom designs start at $2,000 USD and after initial consultation require a $650 USD non-refundable deposit should you wish to proceed. Please refer to our Terms of service for more information

- Sales Tax?

Sales tax is calculated at Check Out. However, for the avoidance of doubt, Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of California. 
 

- I didn't receive my AW Loyalty Points?

Loyalty points should be awarded instantly. Sometimes in busy periods, they can be delayed. If they are not awarded after a few minutes then please do contact us and we will resolve.

- How do you pronounce Ale?
