Personalized orders which are engraved are not eligible for return. Sale, or discount code items are also not eligible for a return, but we are happy to issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card or an exchange for another item. Holiday Returns: We know holidays are a busy time of year, so for any purchases made from 12/01/21 we will have an extended return policy that runs through 1/7/22. All other terms and conditions of our Refund Policy remain in effect.
