REFUND POLICY (*DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
RETURNS & REPAIRS:
At Ale Weston we strive every day for excellence in customer service. However, since each of our items are made to order to create a 'one-of-a-kind' piece every time, we are unable to accept returns.
That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is paramount to us, so if your item arrives defective or damaged please do contact us immediately for repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Please be sure to include your name, order number, shipping tracking number, description of the repair required, photo of the damage and proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs.
After receiving your confirmation from us that you repair authorization has been approved, please be sure to include a note with your name and order number with the package you ship back to us. All repairs are subject to non refundable shipping charges. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
We do not accept exchanges for any of our products unless noted below:
Fiesta Charms Collection (*individual products only, not when being used as part of a 'design your own' or custom product) - Returns for exchange only within 10 days of delivery date, if not, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Ear Cuffs - Returns for exchange only within 10 days of delivery date, if not, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
From placing your order we allow 12 hours for you to cancel it (minus processing fees). After this time production commences on your order and it cannot be cancelled.
