REFUND POLICY

At Ale Weston we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of full-price merchandise within 30 days of its arrival for store credit only.


Returned merchandise should be new/ unworn and in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact us (including your order number) to begin the return process.


Personalized orders (bespoke/ design your own) including those engraved and all our Fine Jewelry (including but not limited to, our Craving Collection and Story Charms Collection) are not eligible for return unless we made a mistake. For avoidance of doubt they are covered for repair under our A.W. Guarantee.


We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns. All returns are subject to shipping charges. We do not offer international shipped items returns or exchange.


Sale, or discount code items are also not eligible for a return but are still covered under our A.W. Guarantee.

  

Cancellations

We are unable to allow for any cancellations once your order has been placed. Once you receive your order, please contact us to make a return.


 

Our Ale Weston Guarantee

At Ale Weston we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we include a 2 year warranty on all our pieces from the date of purchase. If anything should ever happen to your item through any kind of production defect discovered through everyday use, we will repair it for FREE or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product.


We’re confident in the quality of our A.W. products hence the 2 year warranty. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (e.g. broken chains etc), improper use or storage of your product and any modification to your product done by a third party.


To begin the warranty claim process, please contact us (including your order number). Please allow 7-14 business days once we have received the item for repairs. 


We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges. All repairs and exchanges are subject to shipping charges.


We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us.
