All ALE WESTON Jewelry pieces are made to order and may take up to 3-4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. Please email sales@aleweston.com if you have any urgent shipping requests and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option. 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. 

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

  • Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A signature is required upon delivery for secure shipment, as our items are of high value. If at the time of the delivery no one is able to sign, another attempted delivery will be done the day after. You can also call our carrier directly to hold the package at their local office for you to pick up at your convenience.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee.


  • For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax, duty fees and brokerage fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
  • If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery please email sales@aleweston.com . We will do everything we can to help you.
  • We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. If you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us at sales@aleweston.com .
  • The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees).
  • International Shipped Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Ale Weston. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
  • Ale Weston does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
