Due to the custom nature of many of our products, shipping timeframes are outlined on each product's 'Shipping & Delivery' tab section.
Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment with Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days of shipment with Expedited Shipping.
Domestic Standard Shipping (inside the United States), excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is free of charge for orders $100+. We also offer Free Expedited Shipping domestically on orders $200+.
We always recommend allowing additional time for an order should there be any major holidays over the period of shipment.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. If you cannot locate your email please contact us for assistance.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
A signature is required upon delivery for secure shipment, as our items are of high value. If at the time of delivery no one is able to sign, another attempted delivery will be made. You can contact our carrier directly to hold the package at their local office for you to pick up or to reschedule a convenient time for re-delivery.
Ale Weston ships worldwide via USPS, DHL and UPS. Delivery time varies depending on carrier and the destination country. Please note. Orders placed with DHL and UPS will feature tracking services. USPS only offers partial tracking depending on the country the package is shipped to.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any customs, tax (including but not limited to VAT), duty fees and brokerage/ processing fees on orders required to go through customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. These potential charges are not included in the stated product prices of our jewelry or the shipping charges. It is required by law that we declare the accurate value of your package. We are unable to adjust the value of the order to decrease import fees. It is important to note that it is at the custom's agent discretion to release your package.
We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. International shipped items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately, there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship jewelry to.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Ale Weston. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
Ale Weston does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
