All orders are made-to-order (with love). Due to the custom nature of many of our products, our shipping timeframes are outlined on each individual product (Shipping & Delivery section). It is our commitment to you that we will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 days of shipment. We request that you allow additional time for an order should there be any major holidays over the period of shipment.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We truly appreciate your support of our products and thank you for joining our Ale Weston family. If any issues arise with your order, we will always communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
- Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- A signature is required upon delivery for secure shipment, as our items are of high value. If at the time of the delivery no one is able to sign, another attempted delivery will be attempted the day after. You can also call our carrier directly to hold the package at their local office for you to pick up at your convenience.
- Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge for domestic orders over USD$75 and international orders over USD$150.
- For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax, duty fees and brokerage fees on orders required to go through customs. Unfortunately we are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
- We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

- We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship jewelry to. If you are having trouble placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Ale Weston. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
