Due to the custom nature of many of our products, our shipping timeframes are outlined on each individual product's 'Shipping & Delivery' tab section.
It is our commitment to you that we will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment with Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days of shipment with Expedited Shipping. We always recommend allowing additional time for an order should there be any major holidays over the period of shipment.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of California.

Please note that paying for priority shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day. Refer to our Shipping and FAQ pages for more information on our preparation time for orders and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries. The satisfaction of our customers is paramount to us.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
A signature is required upon delivery for secure shipment, as our items are of high value. If at the time of delivery no one is able to sign, another attempted delivery will be made. You can contact our carrier directly to hold the package at their local office for you to pick up or to reschedule a convenient time for re-delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ale Weston ships worldwide via USPS, DHL and UPS. Delivery time varies depending on carrier and the destination country. Please note. Orders placed with DHL and UPS will feature tracking services. USPS only offers partial tracking depending on the country the package is shipped to.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any customs, tax (including but not limited to VAT), duty fees and brokerage/ processing fees on orders required to go through customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. These potential charges are not included in the stated product prices of our jewelry or the shipping charges. It is required by law that we declare the accurate value of your package. We are unable to adjust the value of the order to decrease import fees. It is important to note that it is at the custom's agent discretion to release your package.
We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. International shipped items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frames for delivery please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to help you.
We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately, there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship jewelry to.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Ale Weston. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
Ale Weston does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
SIZING
All ring sizes come in US sizing. Please be sure of your ring size when placing an order, almost every ring on the site can be made in any US ring size. We cannot be responsible for determining your right ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is responsibility of the customer. Kindly visit our Size Guide for further information.

REFUND POLICY
At Ale Weston we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of full-price merchandise within 30 days of its arrival for store credit only.
Returned merchandise should be new/ unworn and in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact us (including your order number) to begin the return process.
Personalized orders (bespoke/ design your own) including those engraved and all our Fine Jewelry (including but not limited to, our Craving Collection and Story Charms Collection) are not eligible for return unless we made a mistake. For avoidance of doubt they are covered for repair under our A.W. Guarantee.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns. All returns are subject to shipping charges.
Sale, or discount code items are also not eligible for a return but are still covered under our A.W. Guarantee.

Cancellations
We are unable to allow for any cancellations once your order has been placed. Once you receive your order, please contact us to make a return.
Our Ale Weston Guarantee
At Ale Weston we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we include a 2 year warranty on all our pieces from the date of purchase. If anything should ever happen to your item through any kind of production defect discovered through everyday use, we will repair it for FREE or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product.
We’re confident in the quality of our A.W. products hence the 2 year warranty. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (e.g. broken chains etc), improper use or storage of your product and any modification to your product done by a third party.
To begin the warranty claim process, please contact us (including your order number). Please allow 7-14 business days once we have received the item for repairs.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges. All repairs and exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us.
